The maison is based in Nottingham, NG11, in the United Kingdom. We deliver across the UK as standard and to most international destinations on request. Worldwide shipping is quoted per parcel to ensure the safest route.

The Monthly Maison is a curated parcel that arrives once a month, styled to you or your gift recipient. The Personal Gifting Plan is a full-year concierge service — I plan, source, wrap and dispatch every gift for the people on your calendar (partners, parents, clients, teams).

How does the discovery call work?

Once you submit the enquiry form, I reach out within 48 hours to schedule a 45-minute call. We discuss the recipients, occasions, aesthetics, budgets and anything else that helps me choose beautifully. There's no obligation to proceed afterward.

What are your price ranges?

The Monthly Maison subscription starts at £85 per month. Bespoke gifting plans start at £250. Individual gifts are quoted based on the recipient and occasion — we always agree budgets in advance and never exceed them without approval.

Can I gift a subscription to someone else?

Absolutely — gifting a subscription is one of our most-loved options. You choose the tier and duration, we handle the reveal and every monthly parcel thereafter.

Do you work with businesses on corporate gifting?

Yes. Client hampers, team gifts, launch parcels and seasonal gifting are all part of the maison. We can brand discreetly, include individual notes, and dispatch worldwide from a single brief.

How do you source products?

By hand. I work directly with independent makers, small ateliers and select heritage houses across the UK and Europe. Nothing is dropshipped and nothing is chosen by an algorithm.

What if my recipient doesn't like the gift?

It has never happened — but should a piece not resonate, please tell me. I'll happily replace it and use the feedback to refine future gifts for that person.

How do I cancel or pause a subscription?
